Love One Another:

We had a FUN day today!  The boys started their “activities” this morning (instead of watching TV or playing video games).  Brendan chose a challenge card where he had to build a bridge with certain specifications using only tape and drinking straws.  The structure looked great, until we decided to test the strength by laying his Galaxy on top of it – oops!  Ryan chose to “dig” for a dinasour and had a blast making a mess all over my kitchen table :)!  We covered math and writing and then headed out to our homeschool Valentine’s Day party.  The kids made cards for some nursing home residents, handed out their Valentines, ate lots of goodies, played several games, and had fun just running around the gym and hanging out with their friends :)!  One of the relay races was to wrap and decorate a snowman using toilet paper and accessories.  Brendan and Ryan both volunteered to be decorated and I think they were the cutest snowmen EVER – LOL!  We also had guitar lessons and learned about intervals and how to “hear” the different sounds.  They even got to learn a few skills on the piano.  What a busy, fun-filled day!

  1. WOW! What a fun day! 🙂 And, Brendan and Ryan, you are such cute snowmen! What a fun thing to do.

Looks like God has blessed you with lots of good friends! Thank you, God, for Brendan and Ryan’s friends and for a Mom, who is seeking your will and homeschooling her boys! Thank you, Lord for your faithfulness!

    Love you all,
