Brendan and Ryan had TONS of fun at field day this afternoon and the weather was perfect! Thank you Mrs. Alison for all of the hard work that you do for our kids – we are BLESSED to have you as our friend and P.E. teacher 🙂 ! David (our P.E. assistant and fellow homeschooler) who is wonderful too, will be going to Randolph Macon in the fall – congratulations!
We are still counting down the days until summer and only have 8 school days left – we’re sooooo close 🙂 ! We will be praying for the Schmutte’s and the Dunnavant’s this week. Our two Greek words for the week are pathos (which means feeling; suffering) and autos (which means self). The boys summarized what they have learned about Esther and we started learning about Nehemiah this morning. We have also been learning about amphibians, the first Olympics, Aesop’s fables, Archimedes and how much he influenced science, math, and spelling.
